Colliers analyst Barry Oxford initiated coverage of Sun Communities (SUI) with a Neutral rating and $130 price target The company posted weak transient recreational vehicle income growth during Q1 and this is expected to continue, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm is also waiting for the naming of a new CEO, “which should be front and center now that the Marina portfolio has been sold.”
