In a complaint and proposed settlement filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Federal Trade Commission said StubHub (STUB) didn’t disclose the mandatory fees and charges that would be added to ticket costs until the final checkout screen and the ticketing company agreed to pay $10M as monetary relief to eligible consumers.
