The company reported acquiring 4,871 bitcoin for approximately $329.9M at an average purchase price of $67,718 between April 1 and April 5. As of April 5, Strategy holds 766,970 bitcoin acquired for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $58.02B. For the three months ended March 31, Strategy had: $14.46B unrealized loss on digital assets; and $2.42B associated deferred tax benefit. As of March 31, Strategy had: $51.65B digital asset carrying value; and $1.73B related deferred tax asset, offset by a $1.73B related valuation allowance.
