StoneX Group enters LOI to acquire Intercam Advisors, Intercam Securities

StoneX Group (SNEX) announced it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Intercam Advisors and Intercam Securities from Intercam Holdings. The proposed acquisition remains subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, which will be subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
