Sterling Infrastructure (STRL) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Irving, Texas-based CEC Facilities Group, a specialty electrical and mechanical contractor. CEC will join Sterling’s E-Infrastructure Solutions segment and is estimated to generate the following financial contributions in the remainder of 2025: revenue of $130M-$138M, adjusted EPS of 22c-24c and adjusted EBITDA of $17M-$18M.
