Steris (STE) announced today that Michael Tokich, Chief Financial Officer, is stepping down from his role following seventeen years as CFO. The transition from Tokich to Karen Burton, Chief Accounting Officer, will occur on August 18. Thereafter, Tokich will become Senior Financial Advisor, reporting to the CEO.
