Italian car parts manufacturer CLN-Coils Lamiere Nastri SpA is in talks to sell assets to Stellantis (STLA), its main customer, amid discussions with lenders to cut its debt, Bloomberg’s Giulia Morpurgo, Alberto Brambilla, and Antonio Vanuzzo report. The supplier is negotiating to sell plants in Brazil and Poland and is assessing the disposal of other assets to help reach an agreement over its debt, according to people familiar with the matter. Stellantis hasn’t yet outlined a detailed commitment to its supplier, the people say.
