Stellantis (STLA) is discussing options for building electric vehicles in Canada with its Chinese partner, Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Brian Platt and Gabrielle Coppola. The talks are in an early stage, said the sources.
