StateHouse Holdings announced that is has filed corrective disclosure pursuant to a review by the Ontario Securities Commission of the Company’s continuous disclosure. In connection with the Review, the Company has determined that certain material contracts were not filed within a timely manner due to an oversight by the Company. The Company has since remedied the Non-Filing by filing the Documents on SEDAR on December 23, 2022.
