Starbucks (SBUX) said: “As more customers use the Starbucks app to help navigate busy days, timing has become just as important as convenience. Beginning May 11, we’re launching scheduled ordering across North America coffeehouses where Mobile Order & Pay is available. This new option in the app is designed for customers who want to plan their visit up to one hour ahead by choosing a specific time to pick up their mobile order. Scheduled ordering allows customers to select a pickup time when placing a Mobile Order & Pay order, instead of ordering for immediate pickup.”
