BofA lowered the firm’s price target on StandardAero (SARO) to $30 from $32 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm expects cost pressures from the LEAP program ramp to restrict Engine Services margin in 2025 and the outyears, notes the analyst, who lower the firm’s 2025, 2026 and 2027 EPS estimates.
