StandardAero (SARO) announced Michael Kaplan will rejoin the company as Chief Legal Officer effective October 6, 2025. A former SVP, General Counsel, Chief Security Officer, and Secretary at StandardAero, Kaplan is returning to succeed Steve Sinquefield, who is retiring after holding the position for more than ten years.
