S&T Bancorp raises quarterly dividend 2.78% to 37c per share

The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp approved a 37c per share cash dividend on April 29, 2026. This is an increase of 1c, or 2.78%, compared to a cash dividend of 36c per share declared in the prior quarter and an increase of 3c, or 8.82%, compared to a cash dividend of 34c per share declared in the same period in the prior year. The annualized yield using the April 28, 2026 closing price of $44.43 is 3.33%. The dividend is payable May 28, 2026 to shareholders of record on May 14, 2026.
