SSR Mining (SSRM) announces that the Company has requested and received formal approval from the Australian Securities Exchange to be removed from the official list of ASX entities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.11. The Company expects that the Delisting will occur on 8 April, 2025. The Company’s CHESS depositary interests will be suspended and cease to trade on the ASX at the close of trade on 4 April, 2025.
