SPS Commerce (SPSC) also announced it has appointed Joseph Del Preto as its executive VP and CFO, effective March 16. Del Preto most recently served as CFO and treasurer of Sprout Social (SPT). Kim Nelson, who announced her intent to retire as executive VP and CFO, will remain at SPS Commerce through the conclusion of a customary transition period.
