Citi raised the firm’s price target on Spotify (SPOT) to $750 from $715 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm believes Spotify is positioned to absorb increased music costs from the record labels but thinks current consensus estimates underestimate the growth in wholesale cost of music.
