Spirit AeroSystems Holdings (SPR) announced that John Plueger, CEO of Air Lease Corporation (AL), will depart the Spirit AeroSystems Board of Directors after 10 years of service as a board member. Plueger will not be standing for re-election, and his departure will be effective, at Spirit’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held on May 23, 2025.
