SpaceX, which filed for an IPO in April, intends to publish its prospectus as soon as next week, CNBC’s Leslie Picker and Morgan Brennan report, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is also planning to kick off a roadshow to officially market the deal to investors on June 8, according the sources, the report stated.
