Shares of space stocks are higher in premarket trading following a report that said Elon Musk’s SpaceX intends to file a prospectus for an IPO as soon as this week. The Information’s Katie Roof and Valida Pau reported that the company may seek over $75B in the offering at a valuation of about $1.25B. SpaceX is looking a public listing as soon as June, the report added. In premarket trading, shares of Rocket Lab (RKLB) are up 3.6%, Firefly Aerospace (FLY) is up 3%, EchoStar (SATS) is 6.2% higher, while AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) is trading up 3.4% and Planet Labs (PL) is up 3%.
