S&P Global appointed Firdaus Bhathena as its new EVP and Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, or CTTO, effective April 27. Bhathena joins S&P Global from FIS Global, where he served as EVP and Global Chief Technology Officer. Prior to FIS, Bhathena was the SVP and Enterprise Chief Digital Officer at CVS Health. He has also co-founded several venture-backed startups, including WebLine Communications, which won the MIT $50K Business Plan Competition and was acquired by Cisco Systems.
