Sound Group authorizes special 0.06c cash dividend

Sound Group (SOGP) has approved a special cash dividend of 0.6c per ordinary share, or $1.20 per ADS, to holders of ordinary shares and ADSs of record as of the close of business on April 22. The aggregate amount of the cash dividend will amount to approximately $5M, with payments expected to be made on or around May 12, for holders of ordinary shares and ADSs.
