Sotera Health General Counsel Alex Dimitrief to transition to outside advisor

Effective April 1, 2026, Alex Dimitrief, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, will transition to an outside advisor to the Company. Erika Ostrowski, who has served as Sotera Health’s (SHC) Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the last two years under Alex’s leadership, will be promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective April 1, 2026.
