As previously reported, Northland analyst Ted Jackson downgraded Sono-Tek (SOTK) to Market Perform from Outperform with no price target citing uncertainty about the second half of FY26. Sono-Tek reported “modestly better than expected” Q4 results yesterday, but provided cautious FY26 guidance, the analyst noted. While the firm thinks shares are “likely undervalued,” it is stepping to the sidelines until there is clarity on the second half of FY26.
