Solidion (STI) announced that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with an entity that manufactures and distributes energy storage systems to supply pouch cells for use in energy storage systems. While the MOU is non-binding in nature and may result in no actual sales, the agreement could potentially add an estimated $4M to $6M in revenue over the next 12 months.
