Solarwindow appoints Francisco Javier Bono Perez to board of directors

SolarWindow (WNDW) announced the appointment ofFrancisco Javier Bono Perez to its Board of Directors. Bono’s appointment follows a recent $1M capital infusion into SolarWindow from Silica Holding. Bono is the founding partner of Silica. He currently serves as President of International Development at LandVac and Vice President at LandGlass. With the appointment of Bono, the SolarWindow Board of Directors increases its membership to five board members, including the recent appointment of SolarWindow President and CEO Amit Singh.
