Sol-Gel Technologies (SLGL) announced a reverse share split of the Company’s issued and outstanding ordinary shares, par value NIS 0.1 per share, at the ratio of 10-for-1, such that each ten Ordinary Shares shall be consolidated into one Ordinary Share. The Company obtained shareholders’ approval for the Reverse Split at a ratio of between 2:1 and 10:1 at a special meeting of shareholders, which took place on April 1, 2025. The Company’s board of directors then approved the Reverse Split ratio of 10-for-1 on April 9, 2025.
