Last month, SoftBank agreed to a $40B investment in ChatGPT’s lasted funding round, increasing its total input to $64.6B for a 13% stake. Shares closed down 9.8% Monday after reports OpenAI and Oracle (ORCL) ditched plans to expand a jointly backed Texas data center project.
