Truist analyst Matthew Coad initiated coverage of SoFi Technologies (SOFI) with a Hold rating and $14 price target The firm has “mixed feelings” about SoFi. Truist is are bullish on the Financial Services segment as it views the loan platform business positively and expects continued average revenue per user expansion. That said, the firm believes company-wide 2026 and 2027 growth expectations need to be reset lower. It also worries that the credit risk of the business model may not be fully factored into the stock’s valuation.
