Snowflake (SNOW) announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Observe, a leader in AI-powered observability. Snowflake stated that by bringing Observe’s capabilities into its AI data cloud, it will empower customers to manage enterprise-wide observability across terabytes to petabytes of telemetry with an open, scalable architecture. The company also noted the combination of Observe’s AI-powered site reliability engineer with Snowflake’s data will enable faster troubleshooting.
