In a regulatory filing, Snowflake (SNOW) said that on October 26, the Instagram account named “theschoolofhardknockz” posted an interview on Instagram and related platforms with an executive officer of Snowflake in which the officer made certain statements regarding the company’s future results. “Under the Company’s Corporate Disclosure Policy, this officer is not a designated spokesperson authorized to disclose financial information on behalf of the Company. As a result, investors should not rely upon such statements. The Company reaffirms the revenue guidance for Q3 and full-year FY26, originally issued on August 27, 2025, as part of the announcement of its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025. The Company notes that it will release its Q3 FY26 financial results in accordance with its standard practices. The Company’s guidance philosophy remains unchanged.”
