UBS lowered the firm’s price target on Snowflake (SNOW) to $210 from $235 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Snowflake shares have underperformed year to date despite a still-strong outlook for high-20% to 30% revenue growth into FY27 and continued enterprise data demand, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The weakness appears driven mainly by investor concern that advances from AI model providers like Anthropic and OpenAI could eventually disrupt parts of the data software stack and pressure long-term growth expectations, the firm says.
