Morgan Stanley upgraded Smurfit Kappa to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of 4,000 GBp, up from 3,200 GBp. The analyst estimates the proposed WestRock deal would be highly accretive in the medium term. The firm also believes the the containerboard cycle is at a turning point.
