Smart Logistics Global (SLGB) opened at $5.40 earlier after its 1M share IPO priced at $5.00 per share. The deal priced at the low end of its $5.00-$6.00 range. Craft Capital and Revere acted as joint book running managers for the offering. Smart Logistics is a Hong Kong-based business-to-business contract logistics solution provider.
