Skyworks (SWKS) announced that Mark Dentinger has been appointed senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2. Dentinger succeeds Kris Sennesael, who is stepping down from his role as CEO on May 9 to pursue another opportunity. In addition, Skyworks announced that Todd Lepinski has been appointed senior vice president, sales and marketing, effective June 2. Lepinski succeeds Carlos Bori, who will remain with the company in an advisory role for several months to ensure a smooth transition. Dentinger most recently served as CFO of Veritas, where he led the company’s global finance organization.
