SiteOne Landscape upgraded to Buy from Hold at Loop Capital

Loop Capital upgraded SiteOne Landscape (SITE) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $160, up from $150. The company has a positive FY26 setup after a challenging 1-2 years of commodity deflation headwinds due to multiple growth and margin expansion initiatives, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The stock has also benefited from elevated market share gains due to maximizing its sales force using its CRM system, introducing new products and growing its digital sales concentration, the firm added. Loop further notes that SiteOne has multiple margin expansion initiatives that include improving underperforming branches and bringing its sizable Pioneer acquisition closer to the company average that are driving an outsized operating leverage improvement in FY25.
