UBS assumed coverage of SiteOne Landscape (SITE) with a Neutral rating and $140 price target offering 4% upside. The firm sees the company’s demand remaining under pressure in the first half of 2026 due to the effect of lagged housing starts while the broader residential end market trends remain challenged. In addition, several of SiteOne’s input costs have risen sharply in recent weeks, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS believes the shares will be range-bound for now.
