Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Sirius XM (SIRI) to $24 from $22 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. SiriusXM has exceeded the firm’s expectations in executing through ongoing subscriber declines and YouTube and spectrum partnerships “could offer real opportunity over time,” but visibility remains low on both fronts, the analyst tells investors.
