Sirius XM Holdings (SIRI) announced that it has appointed Zac Coughlin as the company’s next CFO, effective January 1, 2026. Coughlin will succeed Tom Barry who is stepping down as SiriusXM’s CFO. Coughlin brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial roles across global consumer, retail, and automotive companies. He currently serves as CFO at PVH Corp (PVH), where he was responsible for the global finance function, including financial planning and analysis, investor relations, corporate development, treasury, tax, audit, real estate, and facilities.
