Silvaco completes acquisition of Mixel Group

Silvaco (SVCO) Group completed its acquisition of Mixel Group. The closing of this transaction follows the announcement on July 29, 2025, of the execution of a definitive agreement between the two companies. With the acquisition now finalized, the Mixel team will become part of Silvaco’s Semiconductor IP Business Unit, enhancing Silvaco’s capabilities in providing innovative connectivity semiconductor IP.
