Susquehanna raised the firm’s price target on Silicon Labs (SLAB) to $150 from $110 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares as part of a Q2 preview for the semiconductor group. The firm expects in-line to modest upside reports, driving by tariff-related demand pull-ins and continued artificial intelligence strength. However, the back half of the year is more uncertain, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
