Silgan Holdings announces organizational updates

Silgan Holdings (SLGN) announced several organizational updates effective November 6. Shawn Fabry has been elected EVP and CFO of the company. Most recently, Fabry served as SVP, Corporate Development of the company. Previously at Silgan, Fabry served as CFO of Silgan Containers, the company’s U.S. metal container business, and Silgan Plastics, the company’s blow-molded plastic container operations. Fabry joined the Company in 2010 as part of the IPEC closures acquisition, where he served as CFO of IPEC Global. Kimberly Ulmer has been elected SVP and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Most recently, Ulmer served as CFO of the company. Previously at Silgan, Ulmer served as SVP, Finance and Treasurer of the company, in addition to having served as Controller. Prior to joining Silgan, Ulmer held various senior financial roles of at GE Capital and World Color Press. Alexander Hutter has been elected SVP, Strategy and Investor Relations of the company. Most recently, Hutter served as VP, Investor Relations. Previously at Silgan, Hutter advanced through roles with increasing responsibilities in Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Development. Robert Lewis has informed the company that he intends to retire from his role as EVP, Corporate Development and Administration, effective March 31, 2026. Lewis will continue to serve as a Director on the Board.
