Sight Sciences price target lowered to $3.50 from $5.50 at Piper Sandler

Piper Sandler analyst Matt O’Brien lowered the firm’s price target on Sight Sciences (SGHT) to $3.50 from $5.50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm notes the company reported Q4 results with sales that came in at the high end of their preannounced range. Nonetheless, the impact from the LCDs is expected to weigh on the 2025 topline and the company guided below Street expectations. While Piper believes management has prudently incorporated many possible headwinds into guidance, it worries these LCDs are likely to slow down the entire MIGS market which will have an outsized impact on Sight Sciences.
