Siga Technologies declares 60c per share special cash dividend

Siga Technologies (SIGA) announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of 60c per share on the company’s common stock. The amount of this dividend is consistent with the level of the special dividend declared in April. The dividend is payable on April 23 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7.
