Shimmick (SHIM) announced the appointment of Sarah Tacker as the executive VP and COO, effective April 28. In this role, Tacker will oversee Shimmick’s operational functions and will be responsible for strengthening execution, improving processes, and supporting consistent performance as Shimmick continues to scale. Tacker will report to Ural Yal, CEO. Tacker is joining Shimmick from FlatironDragados, where she most recently served as VP, district manager.
