BTIG analyst Andrew Harte lowered the firm’s price target on Shift4 Payments (FOUR) to $80 from $105 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. FY26 guidance was disappointing and fell short of investor expectations that were gradually lowered during the last few months, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that while it is “disappointed” in the initial FY26 guidance, it believes Shift4 has many avenues to create shareholder value in the short- and long-term.
