Karen Hartje advised the company of her intention to resign as CFO of Sezzle (SEZL) for personal reasons. To accommodate a transition of responsibilities, the company entered into a consulting agreement whereby Hartje will continue to serve as CFO and principal financial officer, reporting directly to Charlie Youakim, chairman and CEO.
