ServiceNow to acquire Armis for $7.75B in cash

ServiceNow (NOW) entered into an agreement to acquire Armis for $7.75B in cash. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, ServiceNow has agreed to acquire Armis for approximately $7.75B in cash, subject to customary adjustments. ServiceNow expects to fund the transaction through a combination of cash on hand and debt. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
