SentinelOne to acquire Observo AI to revolutionize security operations

SentinelOne (S) announced its intent to acquire Observo AI, a data streaming platform for AI-native telemetry pipeline management. The company stated the deal will serve as a catalyst to its AI SIEM and data offerings. SentinelOne will acquire Observo AI for a combination of cash and stock, with the transaction expected to close in Q3 FY26, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
