UBS initiated coverage of Sensient (SXT) with a Buy rating and $115 price target The firm believes grocers and food producers are “on the verge of a large shift” from synthetic food dyes to natural color ingredients. Sensient is the largest producer of natural colors, with 60% sales exposure to North America, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
