In May 2023, Senmiao and its affiliates recorded approximately 0.8M total completed orders, compared to approximately 0.9M total orders completed in April 2023. The decrease was due to increased competition in the Chengdu market as a result of new ride-hailing platforms launching and offering promotions during the month.
